President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy considers the practice of handing out summonses on the streets to be “wrong”. He said this in an interview with the German TV channel ARD, reports with reference to UNN.
“It is very wrong when representatives of military registration and enlistment offices walked the streets looking for guys who did not come to military registration and enlistment offices, etc. Here I would like us to be fair and honest. This is absolutely wrong, they should not do this,”
– the President stressed.
He hopes that the new draft law on mobilisation will be written in such a way that representatives of the CCC will not be able to hand out calls on the streets.
“Today, there are opportunities to use the digital format, we live in a time of digitalisation. Moreover, we are a very digitalised country. We established this process during the pandemic and the war. There is no question of solving this issue today,”
– zelensky added.
