China’s special envoy to visit Russia, Ukraine and the EU

China’s special representative will visit Ukraine, Russia and the European Union in March to establish diplomacy in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. This was announced by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning, Kommersant Ukrainian reports
“Li Hui, the Chinese government’s special representative for Eurasian affairs, will visit Russia, the EU headquarters, Poland, Ukraine, Germany and France starting on 2 March to conduct a second round of shuttle diplomacy to promote a political solution to the Ukrainian crisis,”
– the Chinese Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
“Kommersant Ukrainsky reported that during the World Economic Forum in Davos, Chinese delegates refused to meet with Zelenskyy.
