“It will not be possible to receive services in a “live queue”,
– the state-owned document company said on Facebook.
It is noted that the number of pre-registration coupons has been increased and user verification tools have been strengthened.
Registration in the electronic queue is free of charge and can be done on the official website of the State Enterprise Document: pasport.org.ua/solutions/e-queue
Documents are received/issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
As reported by Kommersant Ukrainian , in a number of European cities, Ukrainian men form long queues at passport offices to obtain documents without a military ID. They are trying to get their passports made before the new mobilisation law comes into force.
On 11 April, the Verkhovna Rada passed the law on mobilisation in the second reading. The law, among other things, provides for restrictions on the provision of consular services to Ukrainian men liable for military service abroad. This right will be denied to men who have not updated their military registration data in the Military Registration and Enlistment Office.
