National selection for Eurovision: The action has stopped after the start of voting

The Diia app stopped working during the voting for the national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest. The developers of the app commented on the failure, noting that Diia needed a little time to recover, according to 
Ukrainians are choosing the country’s representative at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö. They could vote for their favourites through the Diia app.
However, users complain that the app could not withstand the influx of people wishing to cast their votes and crashed.
Initially, the app was unstable, and later, even after successfully logging into the Services section, the app threw a message when selecting the Poll option: “Unfortunately, an error occurred”.
The app’s developers commented on the failure, noting that Diia needed a little time to recover.”
“So many people want to vote for their favourite candidate of the National Selection! “Diia” needs a little time to recover from such a large number of visitors. So, if you can’t see the Poll, try to vote in a few minutes!”

How and when to vote
The winner of the National Selection Final will be determined by the results of the jury (50%) and the audience (50%). Online voting will take place in Diia.

the 68th Eurovision Song Contest will be held in the Swedish city of Malmö. The first and second semi-finals are scheduled for 7 and 9 May (Ukraine will perform at one of them), and the grand final is on 11 May.
