Famous Ukrainian actor died in the war

Volodymyr Fedinchuk, an actor of the Kolomyia Academic Drama Theatre named after Ozarkevych, the Rivne Academic Music and Drama Theatre, and a member of the Svarga folk dance ensemble, died in the war with the Russian occupiers. This was announced by the head of Rivne Oleksandr Tretiak on Facebook, reports

Volodymyr Fedinchuk died on 22 January during armed clashes in Mykhailivka, Donetsk region. He was only 31 years old.

“Unfortunately, we lose the brightest people in the war: actors, scientists, athletes, teachers. This is a great loss for our nation,”

– commented the mayor.

It is worth noting that Vladimir Fedinchuk was a talented actor. In 2012, he graduated from the Terebovlya Higher School of Culture, and in 2015 he graduated from Rivne State University of the Humanities, where he studied theatre. Volodymyr Fedinchuk also worked at the Kolomyia Regional Academic Ukrainian Drama Theatre. In 2016, he joined the staff of the Rivne Regional Music and Drama Theatre.
