The Deposit Guarantee Fund has announced the sale of assets of 11 banks being liquidated for a total of UAH 1.4 billion. This was reported by the DGF’s press service, Kommersant Ukrainsky reports
“The sale of assets of 11 banks being liquidated by the Deposit Guarantee Fund is planned in the Prozorro.Sale system. The initial sale price of all lots is UAH 1.4 billion,”
– the statement said.
The assets of which banks are up for sale:
- PJSC Bank Forward – UAH 818.2 million (of which UAH 816.9 million are loan claims, UAH 1.3 million are real estate, land and cars).
- JSC Megabank – UAH 155.1 million (including UAH 116.6 million of real estate, land plots, cars and other assets, UAH 37.9 million of loan claims, UAH 600 thousand of receivables).
- PJSC Prominvestbank – UAH 139.3 million (of which UAH 90.4 million – real estate, land plots, cars and other assets, UAH 37.9 million – loan claims, UAH 11 million – securities).
- JSC “Ayboks Bank” – UAH 106.8 million (accounts receivable – UAH 73.7 million, loan claims – UAH 31.4 million, real estate, land plots, cars and other assets – UAH 1.6 million).
- JSCB Concorde – UAH 104.5 million – loan claims.
- JSC “MR Bank” – UAH 55.1 million – real estate, land plots, cars and other assets (including the former office of the bank in the centre of Kharkiv). The auction will be held on 29 February.
- PJSC AKB Capital – UAH 9.8 million – real estate, land plots, cars and other assets.
- PJSC Zlatobank – UAH 8.3 million – loan claims.
- JSC Bank Sich – UAH 2.7 million – rights to claims on loans.
- JSC Ukrbudinvest – UAH 1.3 million – real estate, land plots, cars and other assets.
- Fidobank – UAH 40 million – securities.
The proceeds from the sale of assets are used to settle accounts with the banks’ creditors.
