Ukrenergo has changed the schedules of power outages scheduled for 3 September, Komersant ukrainskyi

“Today, on 3 September, the time of application and the scope of restrictive measures have been changed,” the statement said.
The blackouts will be applied according to the following schedule:
6:00 – 12:00 – two rounds of blackouts;
12:00 – 16:00 – one round of blackouts;
16:00 – 24:00 – two rounds of outages.
“Detailed schedules for each region can be found on the websites of regional power distribution companies and on their social media pages,” Ukrenergo noted.
It should be noted that 26 August was one of the most massive attacks on the energy infrastructure. There may be severe restrictions on electricity consumption for 1-2 weeks until the distribution systems are restored.
To achieve this goal, the Russians struck at distribution and power generation systems, in particular, they hit the Kyiv hydroelectric power station.
