Kiper said that Russian terrorists launched a rocket attack on Odesa. There are victims and wounded. Civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings, was damaged.
According to Trukhanov, the enemy directed the missile at residential areas, the area of business activity.
“The enemy insidiously sent a missile into a residential area, an area of business activity. We already know about 8 dead, people were just going about their business,” said Trukhanov.
European Solidarity MP Oleksiy Honcharenko, who is in Odesa, also said that eight people were killed. According to him, the attack was in the center of Odesa.
The victims are being provided with the necessary medical care.
Oleg Kiper clarified that the preliminary result of the Russian attack is 8 dead and 18 wounded.
“There is one child among the victims. Four people are in serious condition,” said the head of the Odesa Military District Administration.
It should be noted that on the evening of Sunday, November 17, Russian troops struck a residential building in Sumy with a ballistic missile. 11 people were killed, including 2 children.
