Zelenskyy imposes sanctions against Russian propagandists. Who is on the list

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has imposed new sanctions against Russian propagandists and individual Russian companies involved in the enemy’s military-industrial complex.

This is stated in the presidential decree, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

In total, 59 Russian individuals and 60 companies were subject to Ukrainian sanctions.

Thus, Ukraine imposed personal sanctions against:

  • Irina Viktorovna Apeksimova – Soviet and Russian actress and director of theater and cinema, theater worker, singer, TV presenter. She spoke negatively about Ukraine, in particular, that Odesa was allegedly not part of it.
  • Velikaya Sofya Aleksandrovna is a Russian fencer, champion and three-time silver medalist at the Olympic Games.
  • Elena Valerievna Vyalbe is a Russian skier and three-time Olympic champion. Among other things, she praised the Russian army for what they did to the occupied Mariupol and urged Russians to buy apartments there.
  • Vitaly Gogunsky is a Russian actor of Ukrainian descent, a member of the Myrotvorets database for anti-Ukrainian activities, a composer and singer. The Security Service of Ukraine served him with a suspicion for propagandizing Russia’s war.
  • Nikita Borisovich Dzhigurda is a Russian actor of Ukrainian origin. He supported the Russian invasion of Ukraine and assisted the Russian army, and also spoke about his desire to fight in the ranks of the occupiers.
  • Yaroslav Yuriyovych Dronov (better known by his pseudonym SHAMAN) is a Russian singer and musician, a supporter of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. He actively supports the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
  • Konchalovsky Yegor Andreevich – Russian film director, screenwriter and producer, a person in the database of the Peacemaker Center. He participated in the propaganda activities of the Russian occupation authorities in the annexed Crimea.
  • Kuklachev Yuri Dmitrievich – Russian actor, openly supported Russian armed aggression and called for the bombing of Ukrainian cities.
  • Kuchera Oskar Aleksandrovich – Russian actor and propagandist, supports Putin’s regime and Russia’s war against Ukraine.
  • Lebedev Denis Aleksandrovich – Russian professional boxer, who fought in the first heavyweight division, supports Russia’s war against Ukraine.
  • Mironov Yevgeny Vitalievich – Russian theater and film actor, supports the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
  • Nikita Nagorny – Russian gymnast and Olympic champion. He has repeatedly visited the temporarily occupied Crimea and personally supports the Russian military and their families.
  • Pankratov-Chorny Alexander Vasilyevich – Russian actor and film director, supports Putin’s regime and Russia’s war against Ukraine.
  • Sergey Polunin is a Russian ballet dancer of Ukrainian descent. He supports Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and has held fundraisers to help the Russian military. Polunin has three tattoos of Vladimir Putin on his body.
  • Provodnikov Ruslan Mikhailovich – Russian professional boxer, who fought in the welterweight division, cooperates with the Russian authorities of the so-called “LPR”.
  • Rastorguev Nikolai Vyacheslavovich – Russian pop singer, lead singer of the band Lyube. He systematically supports Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, the occupation of Ukrainian territories, Putin’s policies, and the Kremlin regime.
  • Rosenbaum Alexander Yakovlevich – Russian singer, composer, poet, actor and writer. He supports the Putin regime and Russia’s war against Ukraine.
  • Sukachev Igor Ivanovich (also Garik Sukachev) is a Russian rock musician, poet, composer, film director and actor. He has openly supported Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine since 2014.
  • Tsiskaridze Nikolai Maksimovich – Russian ballet dancer, supports the Putin regime and Russia’s war against Ukraine.
  • Roman Chumakov (or Roma Zhigan) is a Russian rapper who supports the Putin regime and Russia’s war against Ukraine.

Among the companies that have been subject to Ukrainian sanctions are:

  • arsenal joint-stock company;
  • “Altai Khimprom;
  • “Base No. 1 of Chemical Reagents;
  • “Baltic Industrial Company
  • “Vector;
  • Vladimir Plant of Precision Alloys;
  • metallurgical Plant “Electrostal”;
  • magneton Research and Production Association and others.


Earlier, Zelenskyy signed decrees imposing sanctions against Russian war propagandists and those who justify Russia’s actions, as well as against the “shadow fleet.”
