Zelenskyy amended the Regulations on the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: what has changed

On January 6, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy amended the Regulations on the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is reported by Komersant ukrainskyi with reference to the relevant Decree of the President.
This is document No. 15/2025. It refers to the self-representation of the General Staff in courts and defines the procedure for representing its interests.
New subparagraph 5 of paragraph 5 provides that the General Staff may provide self-representation in courts and other bodies through persons authorized to act on its behalf.
This also includes the possibility of representation through officials of a structural subdivision of the General Staff who specialize in such functions.
