Zelenskyy imposes sanctions against Russian drone developers

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree expanding sanctions against Russia. The restrictions apply to individuals and legal entities working for the Russian military system. The head of state announced this in an evening address, Komersant ukrainskyi reports

According to him, the sanctions were imposed against developers, manufacturers and suppliers of drones for Russians, as well as people who help import critical components to Russia and train drone operators.

“In total, more than a hundred subjects. And we are working with our partners to synchronize our sanctions with the relevant decisions of our partners,” the president said.

The text of the decree and the list of sanctioned individuals and legal entities were published on the President’s website.

The sanctions affected 57 individuals and 52 legal entities.

The list includes Technoport, the world-class SeaAgroBioTech Interregional Research and Education Center, Uraldronzavod, Simbirsk Piranha Design Bureau, Unmanned Aircraft Design Bureau, Center for Integrated Unmanned Solutions, Russian Drone Racing Group, and others.
