President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will dedicate this week to achieving real peace, which, in his opinion, can only be achieved by force. The Supreme Commander-in-Chief said this yesterday in his traditional video address, according to Komersant UkrainianKomersant Ukrainian

“True peace can only be achieved through strength, and the whole next week will be devoted to working with our partners – for the sake of such strength, for the sake of true peace. The teams will work. We will also work with leaders,”

– zelenskyy said, adding that he expects his partners to make quick decisions.

However, Ukraine’s relations with its partners, according to the president, “need to be developed”.

“The frontline needs more support. When we talk about more long-range capability for Ukraine and more decisive supply for our forces, this is not just a list of military equipment. This is about increasing pressure on the aggressor, which will be stronger for Russia than they can withstand. And it is about preventing a bigger war,”

– zelenskyy said.

Meanwhile, relations with partners are “developing” in the wrong direction. Thus, according to Bild, Germany will no longer provide Ukraine with heavy equipment, and in general, Berlin has lost faith in the Ukrainian victory (it is also worth noting that so far, Germany has provided Ukraine with 18 Leopard II tanks). US President Joe Biden will visit Germany on 18 October, but there will still be no meeting in the Ramstein format.
