Zelensky awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine to 11 more defenders, including SBU chief Malyuk

on May 8, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees awarding the title of Hero of Ukraine to eleven servicemen who showed courage, heroism and loyalty while defending state sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The relevant information was published on the official website of the head of state, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
The highest state award – the title of Hero of Ukraine with the Order of the Golden Star – was awarded to
- lieutenant General Vasyl Malyuk, head of the Security Service of Ukraine;
- lieutenant Colonel Serhii Roshchyn;
- colonel Pavlo Rozlach;
- colonel Ihor Parkhomenko;
- lieutenant Andriy Kiyanenko;
- junior Lieutenant Oleksandr Haran;
- major Robert Brovdi, call sign “Magyar”;
- junior Sergeant Pavlo Petrychenko (posthumously);
- senior Soldier Anatoliy Tehza (posthumously);
- sergeant Volodymyr Todor (posthumously);
- senior Soldier Oleksandr Kandaurov (posthumously).
The presidential decrees recognize the unwavering courage of each of the recipients, both living and those who gave their lives for Ukraine.
