President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree on changes to the composition of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff. This is stated in the presidential decree, Komersant ukrainskyi reports
Thus, based on the proposal of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, Zelenskyy approved the appointment of Presidential Advisor on Strategic Issues Oleksandr Kamyshyn (out of state) to the staff of the Staff.
The President also appointed to the staff of the National Security and Defence Council:
- oleksiy Kuleba, Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction – Minister of Community and Territorial Development,
- minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sybiga,
- minister for Strategic Industries Herman Smetanin.
Zelenskyy dismissed former Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba from the Cabinet.
The decree came into force on the day of its publication.
On 13 September, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued a decree changing the composition of the National Security and Defence Council.
The NSDC now includes the newly elected Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga, Minister for Strategic Industries Herman Smetanin, and Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and Minister of Justice Olha Stefanishyna.
At the same time, Oleksandr Kamyshyn and Dmytro Kuleba were removed from the NSDC.
