President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with the team of the Ministry of Defence and announced a number of innovations to reduce bureaucracy in the units. The head of state said this in his evening address, Komersant ukrainskyi reports
“We have new, absolutely modern solutions for our soldiers, which will definitely remove a lot of unnecessary bureaucracy and paperwork from the units,” the head of state said.
The President noted that these solutions would be presented to the public soon.
“They look really innovative,” he stressed.
The President also informed that he had listened to the report of Chief Commander Syrskyi on the situation at the frontline, particularly in the Pokrovske direction.
“This area requires our most intense responses to the occupier,” the President said.
According to Zelenskyy, there was also a report by the head of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, but the details are “not public”.
The Ministry of Defence is currently introducing electronic services for the military and those liable for military service, and has also announced the cancellation of 11 paper journals that had to be filled out manually, which will be kept in electronic format.
