More than half a billion dollars will be paid for a Ukrainian mobile operator

French billionaire Xavier Neel said that his investment company NJJ Capital has agreed to pay at least $500 million for Ukrainian mobile operator Lifecell. This was reported by Bloomberg with reference to .
Neel considers this price to be quite appropriate.
“This is an asset for which we are not paying too much compared to its profit,” he said,

The final price will not be announced until the deal is completed, but it should be more than $500 million, the NJJ spokesman added. The deal also includes the operator’s subsidiaries: Ukrtower LLC, which operates mobile towers, and Global Bilgi LLC, which operates Lifecell call centres
According to the billionaire, the deal is currently undergoing the approval procedure of Ukrainian regulatory authorities, including the Antimonopoly Committee.
