October in Ukraine is expected to be warmer than average, despite the fact that autumn is already fully coming into its own. This is reported by Komersant ukrainskyi

According to the Ukrhydrometeorological Centre, October will still be characterised by fairly warm weather conditions.
Meteorologists predict that the average temperature in October will be between 7 and 13°C, which is 1-1.5°C higher than the long-term average. In the Carpathians, it will traditionally be cooler, with the average temperature at 4-5°C.
The amount of precipitation in October is forecast to remain within the normal range. Precipitation is expected to range from 31 to 67 mm in Ukraine and from 77 to 101 mm in the Carpathians.
Ukrhydrometcenter also warns of possible frosts in the first half of October, which is typical for this time. This means that short-term cold air events are possible.
Forecasters have warned that despite the warm weather, we should be prepared for sudden changes.
According to the forecast, Ukraine will have mostly no precipitation in early October, with light rain expected only in the western and southwestern regions and Crimea on 1 October.
On 1 October , the wind will be north-west, southeast on the Left Bank, 7-12 m/s, in the southern and eastern regions gusts of 15-20 m/s, on 2 October, variable directions, 3-8 m/s.
Temperatures in the western, Zhytomyr, Kyiv and Vinnytsia regions will be 5-10° at night, 14-19° during the day (8-13° in the western regions on 1 October); in the rest of the country at night 9-14°, 20-25° during the day.
In the highlands of the Carpathians, on 1 October, light wet snow is likely, on 2 October , no precipitation; temperatures at night and during the day will be 0-5° C, during the day on 2 October, 4-9° C.
Dry weather will remain in Kyiv and the region on 1-2 October. On 1 October, the wind will be north-west, 7-12 m/s, on 2 October, variable directions, 3-8 m/s. In the capital, the temperature will be 8-10° at night, 16-18° during the day; in the Kyiv region, 5-10° at night, 14-19° during the day.
Forecasters do not expect any further precipitation, with light rains in the Carpathian region only on 3 October in the afternoon, and in the western, northern and Vinnytsia regions on 4 October. The temperature will be 6-12° at night (4-9° Celsius in the western regions on 3 October), 18-24° during the day, 13-18° in the western regions.
In the capital region, there will be no precipitation on 3 October, and light rains are expected on 4 October. In Kyiv, the temperature will be 9-11° at night, 20-22° during the day on 3 October, 18-20° on 4 October; in the region at night 7-12°, 18-23° during the day.
