There were 166 combat engagements over the last day. More than a third of them took place in the Pokrovsk sector. This is reported by Komersant ukrainskyi
with reference to the morning report of the General Staff.
Yesterday, the enemy launched eight missile attacks on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements using 13 missiles, as well as 83 air strikes, including 104 drones. In addition, it carried out 4,390 attacks, including 152 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 1,558 kamikaze drones.
The enemy carried out air strikes, in particular in the areas of Kozacha Lopan, Ridkodub, Nove, Serebryanka, Verkhnekamianske, Hryhorivka, Chasiv Yar, Druzhba, Toretsk, Nelipivka, Hrodivka, Oleksandropil, Myrnohrad, Mykhailivka, Vuhledar, Vodiane, Novodarivka, Novoandriivka, Lobkove, Novoyakovlivka, Novopavlivka, Mykolaivka.
Situation at the frontline
In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy conducted eleven offensive and assault actions in the vicinity of Lypky and Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk sector, the number of combat engagements inthe last day was 15. Ukrainian defence forces repelled enemy attacks in the areas of Petropavlivka, Berestove, Stelmakhivka, Sinkivka and Stepova Novoselivka.
In the Liman sector, our troops repelled 18 enemy attacks in the areas of Makiivka, Novosadove, Hrekivka and Dibrova.
In the Siversky sector, Ukrainian defence forces repelled five attacks near Vyymka and Pereyizne.
In the Kramatorsk sector, Ukrainian troops repelled eight attempts by militants to advance near Chasovyi Yar, Klishchiyivka and Ivanivske. The situation is under control.
With the support of bomber and attack aircraft, the enemy tried to advance twenty-four times in the Toretsk sector. He acted in the areas of New York, Nelipivka, Toretsk and Zalizne.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders repelled 66 enemy attacks. The enemy is trying to advance in the direction of Vozdvyzhenka, Mykhailivka, Kalynivka, Novohrodivka, Hrodivka, Mykolaivka, Ptychy, Skuchne and Zelenyi Pole.
In the Kurakhove sector, the UkrainianArmed Forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Krasnohorivka and Karlivka, where the occupiers tried to break through Ukrainian defensive lines ten times.
In the Vremivsk sector, the enemy made two attempts to seize our positions near Vodiane in the Donetsk region.
In the Orikhiv sector, enemy units tried twice to advance unsuccessfully in the direction of Novodanilivka and near Mala Tokmachka.
The invaders became more active in the Prydniprovsky sector, where our defenders had to repel five attacks on Ukrainian positions.
The operational situationin the Volyn and Polissya sectors remained unchanged. There are no signs of enemy offensive groups forming.
On the border with Chernihiv region, the enemy maintains a military presence and conducts reconnaissance activities.
The Ukrainian defence forces continue to conduct operations in the Kursk sector.
Enemy losses
Over the past day, the missile troops and artillery of the Defence Forces struck 15 times at the areas of concentration of enemy personnel and weapons, three air defence systems, three artillery systems, one radar and one other important object of the Russian occupiers.
In total, the Russian invaders suffered 1,210 casualties over the last day. Ukrainian troops also neutralised four tanks, 21 armoured combat vehicles, 60 artillery systems, 2 air defence systems, 38 operational and tactical UAVs, four cruise missiles, 79 vehicles and two units of special equipment of the occupiers.
