The owner of OKKO will produce gas: the AMCU allowed to buy a share of Bystrytske Invest
8 November 13:33The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has allowed Cyprus-based Vi.An Holding Limited, controlled by OKKO founder Vitaliy Antonov, to acquire a stake in Zinoviy Kozitsky’s Bystrytske Invest LLC. This is stated on the AMCU website, Komersant ukrainskyi reports
“VI.AN HOLDING LIMITED (Limassol, Cyprus) received a permit to acquire a share in the authorized capital of Bystrytske Invest LLC, which ensures exceeding 50 percent of the votes in the company’s supreme management body,” the AMCU said.
Kozitsky previously confirmed the sale of Bystrytske Invest’s stake to Vitaly Antonov’s company in a telephone comment to Nadra.info.
Kozitsky himself will remain a shareholder of the company, and the operational management of the project will be joint.
The parties plan to close the deal by the end of 2024.
The value of the deal has not yet been disclosed.

The founder of Zakhidnadrainvest Group, Zinoviy Kozytskyi, is the sole owner of Bystrytske Invest, and the company is headed by Stepan Kozytskyi(YouControl). Established in June 2024, Bystrytske Invest LLC holds the only valid special subsoil permit No. 4779 for geological exploration with pilot development and subsequent production of hydrocarbons at the Bystrytska oil and gas condensate field in Lviv region (area of 16.5 square kilometers, minerals: natural gas, condensate, oil).
