Truck traffic at the Vysne-Nemecke checkpoint on the border with Slovakia has been restricted due to repairs. This was reported by the State Customs Service, Komersant ukrainskyi reports.
It is noted that from March 17 to 19, the traffic of freight transport will be partially restricted at the Vysne Nemecke-Uzhhorod checkpoint due to the maintenance of axial scales by the Slovak side.
According to the Slovak customs office, the repair work will be carried out on one of the lanes, where temporary road signs will be installed.
Truck drivers are urged to be careful, follow the instructions of customs and police officers, as well as to follow temporary road signs.
It should be noted that the Shehyni checkpoint on the border with Poland is temporarily operating in a slower mode in the cargo direction due to reconstruction.
Changes in the operation of the checkpoint will be in effect from March 13 to May 10.
