“A terrible thing”: Trump reacts in his own style to the latest missile attacks on Ukraine

7 April 10:55

US President Donald Trump answered a question about his attitude to the latest Russian shelling of Ukraine, in particular the strike on Kryvyi Rih, which killed 19 people, 9 of them children.

The American leader did not come up with anything new this time, saying that it was all terrible and would never have happened if he had been president before.

“We are talking to Russia, we would like to stop it. I don’t like the bombing. They go on and on, thousands of young people die every week. It’s a terrible thing that shouldn’t have happened, and it wouldn’t have happened if I were president. One hundred percent,”
