“Carpathian Sea”: a fascinating natural phenomenon was recorded on Mount Pip Ivan

A rare atmospheric phenomenon called the “Carpathian Sea” was recorded on Mount Pip Ivan in the Ukrainian Carpathians.
We are talking about a flow of low dense clouds that roll onto the mountain tops directly at the level of a few meters below the observer. It is very similar to the real sea under your feet, hence the name of the phenomenon
