Your flower shop at Kyiv Central Station: Ukrzaliznytsia has announced a tender

Ukraine’s national railroad operator has announced a second tender for the lease of space for a flower shop in the building of Kyiv Central Railway Station.
According to the company, the auction is scheduled for May 22, 2025. Ukrzaliznytsia invites entrepreneurs to take part in the tender, which will provide an opportunity to place their business in a strategically important location with a large flow of passengers.
“We strive to make the most efficient use of the company’s resources and continue to expand the network of convenient locations so that every visitor can receive all the necessary services without leaving the station,”
– Ukrzaliznytsia said in a statement.

According to ProZorro.Sale, this is an auction with a 20% reduction in the starting rent. The 15.80 square meter premises are located to the right of the escalator, at the exit to the first platform (room 53).

There is no technological equipment. Structural elements: strip monolithic foundation, brick and reinforced concrete walls, iron layered roof, reinforced concrete floors, cement and marble floors.
