A storm warning has been issued in Ukraine

A storm warning has been issued in all but one region of Ukraine. This is stated in the report of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, Komersant ukrainskyi reports
on November 4, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s are expected in Ukraine, except for Transcarpathia.
The first level of danger, “yellow”, has been set.
In the eastern and northeastern regions, moderate sleet and rain; in the rest of the country, light rain, sometimes with sleet.
The temperature will be 4-9° Celsius in the daytime, 8-13° in the south of the country.
