Each brigade will have a recruiting unit in place

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi has ordered each brigade commander to create a full-time recruiting unit. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Komersant ukrainskyi reports.
“The relevant organizational directive defines the task of forming full-time recruiting units in combat military units. This innovation will allow commanders to improve the organization and support of volunteer recruitment activities,” the report says.
As a reminder, on October 1, 2024, at the initiative of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Government Resolution No. 560 of May 16, 2024, was amended, allowing commanders to recruit volunteers directly to military units without applying to territorial recruitment and social support centers.
Prior to that, the Armed Forces of Ukraine had recruitment centers in the Land Forces, the Navy, the Air Assault Forces, the Special Operations Forces, and the Territorial Defense Forces. Today, they continue to actively develop and improve their capabilities.
More than 40 recruiting centers operate in the regions of Ukraine
Currently, these recruitment centers of the Ukrainian army offer more than 10,000 thousand vacancies for all defense forces, namely: Armed Forces, National Guard, State Border Guard Service, Security Service and others. Operators who have undergone appropriate multi-level training will work seven days a week from 9:00 to 18:00.
The support service for the Ukrainian army recruitment centers was implemented by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in cooperation with the Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation. The functionality of the support service is expected to be expanded: in addition to consulting, recruiting and supporting candidates at all stages of the process, specialists will also record and process complaints and problematic issues related to recruiting.
