Ukrzaliznytsia launches daily train from Lviv to Moldova

“Ukrzaliznytsia is introducing a new route from Lviv to Chisinau. The compartment train will run daily in both directions. This was reported by the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia, Komersant ukrainskyi

“Ukrzaliznytsia announced the launch of the new route on December 15.
It is noted that non-stop compartment cars will run from Lviv to the capital of Moldova, Chisinau.
“This route will allow for more convenient travel for residents of Lviv and the agglomeration to the airport of Moldova and back,” Ukrzaliznytsia emphasizes.
It is reported that the train will depart from Lviv daily at 15:00 and arrive in Chisinau at 11:30. In the opposite direction, from Chisinau, the train will depart at 17:34 and arrive in Lviv at 15:40.
Tickets will traditionally be available in the Ukrzaliznytsia app and on the website.
It is worth noting that the new schedule for 2025 will introduce several important novelties for Ukrzaliznytsia passengers. Starting from December 15, five new trips to the mountains will be added, and three to the indomitable Kharkiv. Travel time will be reduced for 38 trains.
