As a result of a massive Russian air strike on 26 August, trains are being delayed in some regions of Ukraine. This is stated in a statement by Ukrzaliznytsia, Komersant ukrainskyi reports
“Due to a large-scale enemy attack, there are several blackouts in different regions. Backup diesel locomotives have been withdrawn, and all long-distance trains will continue to run,” the company said.
In particular, trains are delayed.
“Power engineers are already working on the ground. City Express in Kyiv and Dnipro is running on schedule,” UZ added.

Today, Ukrenergo ordered to introduce emergency power outages.
As a reminder, a large-scale Russian air attack on Ukrainian cities continues today, 26 August, which began around 1am.
As of 10:20 am on 26 August, the entire territory of the country is under the threat of Russian air attacks.
