Ukraine will be hit by a cyclone: rains during the day and frost at night – forecast for November 28

Today, November 28, cloudy and wet weather will prevail in Ukraine. This was reported by weather forecaster Natalia Didenko, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
The western regions will be affected by an atmospheric front that will bring rain. In other regions, thick fogs are expected, which will significantly reduce visibility. The atmospheric front is associated with a cyclone located over Poland, and it will affect weather conditions in Ukraine.
The temperature at night will range from 0 to -4 degrees, in the west it will be near zero. During the daytime, it is expected to be 1 to 4 degrees, and in the west and south the air will warm up to 4…8 degrees.
In Kyiv, precipitation is unlikely, but fog is expected with visibility of up to 300-500 meters. At night the temperature will reach 0…-2 degrees, during the day – 0…2 degrees. In the evening, the south wind is expected to increase, which will become gusty and create a feeling of cold.
In the coming days, the weather will remain wet with mostly cloudy skies.
According to Natalia Didenko, in the near future, Ukraine will be dominated by wet weather, but without significant precipitation. It will be relatively warm for this time of year, with slight frosts at night and slight “pluses” during the day.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, on November 28, cloudy weather with slight clearing will prevail in Ukraine. Precipitation is expected to be uneven: light snow is possible in the northeast at night, and moderate rain is forecast in the western regions, with sleet in the Carpathians during the day. In the rest of the country, the day will pass without significant precipitation.
Fog will cover the western, northern and Vinnytsia regions at night and in the morning, significantly reducing visibility. Drivers are advised to be careful on the roads due to possible ice cover.
The wind will change its direction during the day: from northwest to southeast, the speed will be 5-10 m/s, without significant gusts.
At night, the temperature will range from 2° to -3° depending on the region. During the day, the thermometers will show -1° to 4°, the warmest temperatures will be in the far west, south of Odesa region and in the Crimea, where the air will warm up to 5…10°.
