An anticyclone is approaching and will soon cover most of continental Europe, including Ukraine. Warming is predicted, but Ukrainian forecaster Natalia Didenko advises keeping winter clothes on hand, reports

on30 January, rain or snow is not expected in Ukraine. The day is expected to be sunny, but frost is forecast at night: -3…-8°C in the north and -8…-11°C in the northeast. During the day, the thermometer will show 2…5°C, although in the east of the country it will be colder around 0°C.

“The wind will calm down, blowing from the southwest, in the east – from the northwest,”

– Didenko said.

No precipitation is expected in Kyiv on 30 January, and the day will be sunny. According to the forecaster, it is ideal weather for walking. At night, the temperature will drop to -3…-6°C, and during the day it will warm up to 3…4°C.

“January will end with beautiful, mostly sunny weather,”

– Didenko said.

on1 February, no significant precipitation is expected in Ukraine. However, starting from 2 February, the temperature will start to rise, precipitation will increase, and the wind will become stronger. If there are frosts, they will be mostly at night.

“But don’t forget to be careful and don’t give in to the illusion of warm (relatively) winter weather, because this is the time when seasonal viruses can become more active, which can lead to unpleasant consequences if you relax too much,”

– Didenko concluded.
