The British neobank Revolut is already available in Ukraine, Komersant ukrainskyi reports citing Ain.

In December 2024, Revolut started beta testing its app in Ukraine. They did not make an official announcement of the launch in Ukraine, and the app was available in a limited mode for users who received an invitation from the company.

Now Ukraine can be selected among other available countries on the bank’s website. And you can register in the app after verifying your documents in Diia.

Revolut offers the following features:

  • Transactions with more than 30 currencies in one app.
  • International transfers without fees.
  • A free virtual card that works in more than 150 countries.
  • Opening an account without an initial fee on the Standard tariff plan.

How to register with Revolut

To register, you need to submit your documents for verification through the Diia app, create a password for your account, fill in your personal data, and then you will be able to open an account.

The currencies in which you can open accounts include US dollars, euros, Polish zloty, pounds sterling, and many other national currencies.

You can open an account for free at the Standard tariff. Deposits are available only from dollar and euro cards due to NBU restrictions. Hryvnia cards are not yet supported.

Due to the large number of users, data verification may take longer than usual after the launch, and it takes time for an email to be sent to the user about the successfully created account.

In addition, not everyone manages to complete the registration, because after signing the permission to transfer a copy of the documents, some users experience a failure, the Ministry of Finance wrote.
