Ukraine, Moldova, Romania and Bulgaria felt the earthquake. This was reported by Komersant ukrainskyi with reference to the mayor of Odesa Gennadiy Trukhanov, the mayor of Odesa.
“According to preliminary information, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 has occurred in Romania. It was felt in Bulgaria, Moldova and Ukraine, including Odesa. There was no information about damage or casualties in the city,” Trukhanov wrote.
It should be noted that according to the Android Earthquake Alerts System, the earthquake had a magnitude of 5.3.
In Moldova, the earthquake could be seen live on TV. The aftershocks almost interrupted the broadcast with the country’s president.
Residents of Kryvyi Rih in the Dnipro region also felt the tremors.
