The Airborne Alarm app has received an update that allows you to notify of various types of threats and provide instructions on how to proceed in such situations, reports citing Ajax Systems.
The developers have created unique notifications for each type of alarm and included text messages with recommendations for action. This will facilitate timely notification of the general population about critical situations, such as a dam breach and the need to evacuate.
Information about all possible hazards is now provided through the Civil Protection and State Emergency Service alert centres.
In addition, users will receive important notifications from regional military administrations and the Civil Protection of Ukraine regarding various types of hazards.
The updated app also includes an improved power saving mode, bug fixes with alarm sounds, and an updated status in the pinned notification.
This update is already available for iOS and Android users.
The Airborne Alarm app was developed by Ajax Systems and Stfalcon with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine to inform about hazards in Ukraine.
It has already been downloaded more than 26 million times and is used by more than 6 million users.
