Raids by military personnel of the Territorial Centres for Recruitment and Social Support in public places in Kyiv proved to be effective, as the number of people reporting to military commissariats increased after they were conducted. This was stated by Larysa Kozak, an officer in the mobilisation and defence sector of the Kyiv City TCC and JV, according to "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to Liga.net.
“As for the work in public places, these actions were effective. I can say that the turnout has increased. In addition, it may have somehow contributed to raising the consciousness of our civil society, and people began to come again voluntarily or under summons,”
– Kozak said.
At the same time, she stressed that a significant number of offenders are trying to avoid direct contact with the TCC and do not come either voluntarily or under summons.
“Therefore, such warning measures must be continued – this is our daily work, which takes place within the legal framework under the regulations that allow us to carry out such measures,”
– the officer added.
