The service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs may experience temporary malfunctions. What is the reason for this?

The Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs warns citizens of possible temporary interruptions in the provision of services due to unscheduled technical work in the National Information System, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
In this regard, there may be difficulties in:
- passing theoretical and practical exams for a driver’s license;
- registration and re-registration of vehicles;
- registration of the proper user of the car.
Maintenance of the Unified State Register of Vehicles and the Register of Administrative Offenses in the Field of Road Safety is also ongoing.
This may affect the operation of online services in the Diia app and the electronic Driver’s Cabinet.
In particular, there may be interruptions in:
- replacement of a driver’s license
- re-registration of a car
- vehicle sharing;
- booking license plates;
- extending their storage period.
The company promises to inform about the completion of technical work and the full resumption of services later.
