On the night of June 9, Russia launched a combined attack on the Rivne region. The strikes resulted in at least one casualty. This was reported by the head of the OVA, Oleksandr Koval, on Telegram, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“A very difficult night for Rivne region. Our region suffered a powerful enemy air strike. According to preliminary information, one civilian was wounded,” he wrote.
The head of the OVA thanked the air defense forces for destroying a large number of enemy targets. He promised to provide further details about the consequences of the night attack by Russia later.
Representatives of the Defense Forces and other services are working at the site of the hits.
Meanwhile, the Air Force warned of a massive attack on Rivne and Dubno in Rivne region with missiles and drones at night. According to the military, the region was under a massive attack by enemy drones, and a ballistic missile threat was reported at the same time.
