Phone calls can still be heard among the rubble of a building destroyed by a Russian missile in Kyiv. Rescuers do not stop searching, as there may be people under the rubble. Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said that at least two children are being searched for, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

In Kyiv, rescuers worked at 13 locations.

“Tragic consequences in Sviatoshynskyi district. The rubble of the destroyed house is still being dismantled there. Phone calls can be heard from under the ruins – the search will continue until they are sure they have found everyone. There is information about two children who still cannot be found at the scene,” said Klymenko.

He added that the police are going around the apartments in the nearest buildings, checking the condition of people. As of 7:30 a.m., a total of 9 dead and more than 70 injured were reported in Kyiv.

Restrictions have been imposed on the work of emergency services.

Klymenko noted that all night the liquidation work was carried out under the threat of repeated shelling. In Zhytomyr region, the enemy struck again at a unit of the State Emergency Service that arrived to extinguish a fire.

“A 39-year-old rescuer was injured. Attacks on civilians, on emergency services while rescuing people is a Russian style. We have experienced this many times. That is why Ukraine insists on a complete and immediate ceasefire, because it is, first and foremost, an end to the killing of our people,” Klymenko summarized.
