In October 2024, a new recruitment service will be launched in the Reserve app. It will allow users to search for vacancies in military units, which will simplify the process of choosing a place of service. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Kateryna Chernogorenko, Komersant ukrainskyi
reports.
According to Chernogorenko, the recruitment service will help users find positions that match their experience and skills. Both combat and non-combat positions will be available. To search for vacancies, you need to fill out a short questionnaire, based on which the system will offer suitable options.
The application will contain detailed information about the vacancies, including information about the brigades and their command. The interface is designed for easy selection: users will be able to save interesting offers or reject them.
The Reserve app was launched on 16 May, when the new mobilisation law came into force. Since then, more than 3 million Ukrainians have updated their data and received electronic military documents through the app.

What you need to know about the Reserve app
The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has launched the mobile application “Reserve” for persons liable for military service, conscripts and reservists. The app allows them to update their credentials.
The app has been available for download on smartphones since 18 May.
In the Reserve app, a person has access to the following data
- surname, name and patronymic;
- type of account;
- category of account;
- date of birth;
- deferral, reservation, end date.
- the resolution of the MLC with the date;
- rank;
- code and name of military speciality;
- tax number;
- unique number in the Oberig register;
- TCC and JV where the person is registered;
- information on whether the person is wanted.
The data in the Oberig register is updated immediately after the first login to the Reserve app. The data in this register is entered by employees of the TCC and JV from paper registration cards of persons liable for military service, conscripts and reservists.
The mobile application has passed all the necessary security checks, confirming a high level of data protection, and received a certificate of compliance with the information security system.
