Diia explained that the service can be used by individual entrepreneurs who have a taxpayer registration number or use passport data instead of a taxpayer card. The State Tax Service will deregister the entrepreneur as of the date of submission of the application after the resumption of their work, and the application will be processed by the state registrar after the Unified State Register resumes its work.
How to close a sole proprietorship through Diia:
– log in to the portal;
– select the service Closing a sole proprietorship;
– click Submit application;
– check the data;
– sign the application with a qualified electronic signature or Diia.Signature.
Diia assured that the tax office will deregister the sole proprietorship on the same day, and the sole proprietorship will be terminated as soon as the Unified State Register is launched. No queues at the tax office and no lengthy inspections.
