The week will be marked by an atmospheric front, but it will be slightly warmer

Starting 24 January, an atmospheric front will come to Ukraine from the northwest, bringing precipitation in the form of sleet and rain, reports, citing information from the Ukrainian Weather Centre. This weather will last for three days, until 26 January, throughout Ukraine, but in the Carpathians and Transcarpathia, the amount of precipitation will be slightly higher.
Initially, southerly and then westerly winds will prevail at 7-12 m/s, with gusts of 15-20 m/s in the western regions and up to 25-30 m/s in the Carpathians.
At the same time, temperatures will rise in most parts of the country, up to 5 degrees Celsius on Thursday 25 January. It will be slightly colder only in the east and in the Carpathians, where frosts of -7 degrees will remain. Starting Friday, the temperature will range from -3 to 3 degrees.
