The option “Get 1000” to the National Cashback card will appear in the Diia app, and after using it, the money will be credited to the account.
Those who have already issued a National Cashback card and receive payments under this program do not need to do anything else.
Those who do not yet have a National Cashback card should take the following steps
- open a special account in your account – this can be done at a branch or through the application
- receive a virtual or physical card;
- give the bank permission to transfer information about transfers from selected cards;
- update the Diia app, select the National Cashback service, and specify the number of the issued card.
When the program starts working, the “Get 1000” option will appear in Diia, and after using it, the money will be credited to the account.
It should be noted that every Ukrainian will be able to receive a thousand hryvnias, Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced. This includes adults and children. However, according to media reports, Ukrainians living abroad, even if they have refugee status, will not be able to receive the payment. This means that they will need to undergo verification of their place of residence before receiving the payment.
