Caring is it! ECO MARKET and FILM.UA announce a flash mob in support of Gostomel Shelter animals

EKO MARKET supermarket chain and FILM.UA have launched a flash mob on Instagram in support of the romantic comedy Dogs, which will be released in cinemas on February 27. Famous actors who took part in the filming of Dogs have already joined the flash mob: Olga Sumskaya, Irina Soponaru and others.
It is not the first time that ECO MARKET has teamed up with FILM.UA, but this time the cooperation has a very important goal – to demonstrate the importance of caring for our smaller brothers, who, like the dogs in the movie, can teach each of us unconditional love, care and devotion.
“This is not just a flash mob – it’s an opportunity to become a patron of the Gostomel shelter and show that care changes lives! Anyone who posts a photo with their pet on Instagram Stories by February 25, using our special frame, which can be found in the current ECO MARKET Instagrams, has the opportunity to win great prizes. And the most important thing is to draw attention to the problems of homeless animals,” Vitalii Starominskyi, Deputy CEO for Marketing at ECO MARKET, shares the idea of the flash mob.
“One of the focuses of our comedy is taking care of animals, in particular dogs. We are grateful to our partners for the campaign, which aims to support homeless animals – and we encourage everyone to share stories about their pets and, of course, to give dogs and not only dogs a home. Open up to love,” says Anna Eliseeva, the producer of the film Dogs.
“Homeless animals cannot speak, but we can speak for them! We thank ECO MARKET for supporting our shelter and FILM.UA for telling important stories. The more people learn about the problem, the more chances our tails have to find a loving home,” said Mari Vronska, owner of Gostomel Shelter.
How to participate in the flash mob:
- Share a photo of your pet by February 25, using a special frame that is available in the current ECO MARKET Instagram Stories;
- Tell your story of caring for your pet;
- Tag ECO MARKET and gostomel.shelter in the social network.
The best stories about pets will be embodied in posters that will appear in offline ECO MARKET stores.
And on February 25, the two main winners will receive a month’s supply of food for their pets and a bed!
In addition, 20 participants will receive merchandise from FILM.UA and tickets to the premiere of the movie Dogs!
