Assets of bankrupt banks worth over UAH 400 million to be sold this week

This week (May 5-9), Prozorro.Sale is scheduled to sell the assets of seven banks in liquidation under the management of the Deposit Guarantee Fund. The total starting price of all lots is UAH 400.3 million. This is reported by the Deposit Guarantee Fund, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs
The largest share of the auction volume – almost UAH 273.4 million – is made up of loan claims.
Another 107 million hryvnias are accounted for by real estate, land plots, transport and other fixed assets. In addition, receivables to banks were valued at UAH 19.9 million.
Assets of which banks will be sold:
PJSC “CSG Bank” – for a total amount of UAH 239.7 million, of which UAH 231.8 million are loan claims and UAH 0.3 million are fixed assets. In addition, accounts receivable to the bank will be sold for UAH 7.6 million.
PJSC Prominvestbank – with an initial price of UAH 96.5 million, real estate, land plots and other fixed assets are up for sale.
Bank Forward JSC – for a total amount of UAH 41.2 million, of which the rights to claims on loans with a starting price of UAH 39.5 million and fixed assets for UAH 1.7 million.
JSC MR Bank – for a total amount of UAH 15.3 million, of which real estate and other fixed assets are put up for sale for UAH 4.3 million and loan claims for UAH 2.1 million. In addition, accounts receivable to the bank are offered for sale with an initial price of UAH 8.9 million.
JSCB Concorde – with an initial price of UAH 3.3 million, receivables to the bank are offered for sale.
JSC “Ukrbudinvestbank ” – property and equipment with the starting price of UAH 2.5 million is offered for sale.
JSC Megabank – real estate, vehicles and other fixed assets are put up for sale with the starting price of UAH 1.7 million.
