U.S. President Donald Trump has several key events planned for the evening of June 24 as part of the NATO summit in the Netherlands.
Among them is a courtesy visit to The Hague, where Trump will meet with King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands and his wife.
In addition, Trump said he will “probably” hold talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during the summit.
Also on the US President’s schedule is to attend an official dinner organized for the leaders of 32 NATO member states and including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Trump will spend the night at the royal residence of Heiss-en-Bosch, located in a picturesque forest on the outskirts of The Hague.
Earlier, Trump wrote on TruthSocial that he was heading to the NATO summit, where he was “looking forward to meeting with European friends.”
“Going to NATO where, worst case scenario, there will be a much calmer period than the one I just had with Israel and Iran. I look forward to meeting all my very good European friends and others. I hope a lot will be accomplished!” – stated the head of the White House.
As you know, June 24-25 in The Hague is a NATO summit chaired by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in the premises of the World Forum.
Earlier on Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in the Netherlands, who will hold a number of important meetings at the NATO summit.
