The situation at the front remains difficult. Over the past 24 hours, 155 military clashes were recorded. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to Komersant ukrainskyi
“The enemy, using its superiority in manpower and equipment, is continuously attacking our positions. Ukrainian defenders are steadfastly holding back the onslaught of the occupiers, inflicting maximum losses on the enemy,” the statement said.
Yesterday, the enemy launched two missile attacks on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements using two missiles, as well as 68 air strikes, including 124 missiles. In addition, it fired more than 3,810 times at settlements and positions of our troops, including 124 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems.
The aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular in the areas of Bilopillya, Vyshenky, Studenok, Pavlivka, Stepne, Tokarivka, Ulanove, Liptsi, Vovchansk, Petropavlivka, Kruglyakivka, Nadiya, Markove, Chasiv Yar, Kostiantynivka, Kleban Byk, Romanivka, Berestok, Chunyshyno, Vodianske, Pokrovsk, Bohoyavlenka, Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia.
Situation at the frontline
In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy continued offensive (assault) actions, with a total of six combat engagements taking place. The fighting took place, in particular, in the areas of Starytsia and Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk sector, 25 hostile attacks took place overthe last day. Defence forces repelled enemy assaults near Sinkivka, Novoosynove, Kurelivka, Novoselivka, Vyshneve, Kolisnykivka, Hlushkivka and Kruglyakivka.
In the Liman sector, the enemy attacked 17 times. They tried to advance near Chasovyi Yar, Hryhorivka and in the direction of Stupochky.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the occupants attacked eight times near Andriivka, Klishchiyivka, Mayske and Markove. The situation is under control of the Ukrainian Defence Forces.
In the Toretsk sector, the enemy, with the support of aviation, carried out 16 attacks near Toretsk and Shcherbynivka.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders repelled 25 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor near the settlements of Vozdvyzhenka, Mirolyubivka, Krasny Yar, Lysivka, Novohrodivka and Selidove. The highest concentration of hostile attacks was near Myroliubivka, Yelizavetivka and Lysivka, with the enemy actively using aircraft.
In the Kurakhove sector, the UkrainianArmed Forces repelled 25 attacks in the vicinity of Tsukurine, Hirnyk, Heorhiivka, Kostiantynivka and Katerynivka.
In the Vremivsk sector, according to updated information, the enemy made an unsuccessful attack on our positions in the direction of Bohoyavlenka.
In the Orikhivsk sector, Ukrainian positions were attacked seven times near Novodanylivka, Mali Shcherbaky and Kamianske over the last day.
In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of enemy offensive groups were detected.
On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions , the enemy is actively using artillery and aviation from the territory of the Russian Federation in the vicinity of Ukrainian settlements.
The Ukrainian defence forces are continuing operations in the Kursk region. Over the past 24 hours, the enemy launched 15 air strikes in Kursk region, using 20 guided bombs.
Enemy losses
Yesterday, the aviation and missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces carried out eight strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel and weapons.
In total, the Russian invaders suffered 1130 casualties over the past day. Ukrainian soldiers also neutralised four tanks, 32 armoured combat vehicles, 14 artillery systems, 26 operational and tactical UAVs, 71 vehicles and four units of occupiers’ special equipment.
