Strong wind, snow and rain: weather forecast for November 22

The weather forecast in Ukraine for November 22 is for cloudy weather with precipitation in the form of snow and rain. This was reported by Komersant ukrainskyi

At night in the east and west, during the day in Ukraine, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s; during the day in Transcarpathia, heavy rain and sleet, in the Carpathians, heavy snow, blizzard; in the western, northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions, ice cover on the roads (I level of danger, yellow).
It is noted that the weather conditions will complicate the work of energy and utility companies and disrupt traffic.
on November 22, cloudy weather will prevail in Ukraine. At night, snow and rain are expected in the eastern regions, Transcarpathia and Prykarpattia. During the day, precipitation will spread to almost the entire country, except for the southeast and east, and significant precipitation is forecast in Transcarpathia.
The temperature in the western, northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions will be 1-6° below zero at night and -1° to 4° during the day. In the rest of the country, the temperature is expected to be -3° to 2° at night and 2-7° in the daytime, and up to 13° in the southern regions. In the Carpathians, moderate snow is possible at night, with significant snowfall and blizzards during the day. Temperatures will range from -6…-11° at night to -5…0° during the day.
Ice is expected on the roads in the western, northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions. The wind will be mostly southerly, at a speed of 7-12 m/s, with gusts up to 15-20 m/s. These conditions require increased caution on the roads and careful driving, especially in mountainous areas.
