The Kyiv BTI has increased prices for its services: what amounts are involved
7 November 22:00The Bureau of Technical Inventory in Kyiv has raised the cost of its services. In particular, it concerns obtaining a certificate of ownership. This was reported by notary Yulia Labutina on her Facebook page, Komersant ukrainskyi reports.
The lawyer writes that the total cost of the service has increased by 15% from the previous price.
The certificate of ownership confirmation itself is required to perform a notarial act (inheritance, alienation, donation of real estate) if the ownership has not been registered in the BTI electronic register.
The electronic register of the BTI in Kyiv was launched in June 2010. That is, registration before that date requires obtaining the document described above.
It should be noted that as of today, the Kyiv City Bureau of Technical Inventory provides both copies of the title document kept by the KC BTI and information certificates.
The cost of the first service ranges from UAH 490.01 to UAH 980.02. An information certificate costs from UAH 335.99 to UAH 671.98.
