Poroshenko’s eldest son is put on the wanted list: The media gave the reason
4 December 19:36Oleksiy Poroshenko, a diplomat, politician and eldest son of the fifth president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, has been put on the wanted list. This was reported by Komersant ukrainskyi with reference to Law and Business.
The reason for this is Oleksiy Poroshenko’s failure to appear at the TCC when summoned. He received two summonses – on September 4 and October 21 of this year, but ignored the call both times. This is despite the fact that the politician has the rank of lieutenant in the reserve.
Earlier, UNIAN published a story claiming that Petro Poroshenko’s sons were hiding from mobilization abroad, and that his eldest son’s wife was involved in the Russian political establishment.
Thus, the post claimed that 39-year-old Oleksiy Poroshenko and his family live in two cities – London and Singapore. He manages his business in Ukraine remotely. Moreover, his wife Yulia (maiden name Alikhanova) is a native of St. Petersburg (Russia). According to journalists, she has influential relatives. For example, her older sister is the wife of Dmitry Yalov, the vice-governor of the Leningrad region, who used to work in the structures of oligarch Yuri Kovalchuk, a member of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s inner circle.
Yulia’s mother, Yelena Alikhanova, works for the Association of Northwest Banks, and her father, Lev Alikhanov, is a military pensioner. Yulia Poroshenko’s uncle and aunt live in Crimea and voted in the pseudo-referendum in favor of the peninsula’s “accession” to Russia.
