The salaries of MPs have been revealed: there is nothing to complain about

Members of Parliament of Ukraine receive a salary of about 40 thousand per month. In addition, they have additional allowances that depend on their position. There is nothing to complain about. This was stated by MP Yaroslav Yurchyshyn on Ranok.LIVE.
Yurchyshyn said that his salary is quite satisfactory.
“MPs earn approximately more than 40 thousand hryvnias per month,” Yurchyshyn emphasized.
He added that MPs may also receive small bonuses depending on their position, such as committee chairman or deputy.
“Plus, depending on whether you are a committee chairman, first deputy or secretary, there is a small allowance, but it is all within this amount. Basically, there is nothing to complain about,” Yurchyshyn said.
The politician noted that this is more than the average income on the market, so this amount satisfies the MPs.
“We understand that the salary is higher than the market average. We are not going to focus on the management team or private enterprises. So we can say that it is quite satisfactory,” said the MP.
He added that it is inappropriate to demand higher salaries during the war.
It should be noted that over 11 months of last year, the average salary in state-owned institutions increased by UAH 24 thousand.
In addition, the published data revealed where officials are paid the highest salaries.
The first place was taken by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. The average salary of an employee there is UAH 118.7 thousand. The Ministry of Justice is in second place, with officials receiving UAH 100.5 thousand. The Central Election Commission took the third place with an average salary of UAH 97.2 thousand.
However, working at the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries, you can receive an average of UAH 93.1 thousand per month.
