The first service has become available as part of the ePermit for Business project. It is a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with labour protection requirements, reports Komersant ukrainskyi reports with reference to the The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
Previously, the registration of this document by the territorial centre of the State Labour Service could take up to five days. Now, entrepreneurs can submit it in seconds.
“Thanks to ePermit, entrepreneurs will save working time that they used to spend on applying for and obtaining licences, conclusions, declarations and other permits. These changes will be useful for a fairly wide range of entrepreneurs. Last year, more than 13,200 entrepreneurs filed such declarations, and in the first seven months of this year, almost 8,000 have done so. We expect that this digital tool will facilitate the work of businesses,” said Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko.
How to use the ePermit service
- Log in to the Diia;
- Go to the “Services” section;
- Find the comprehensive electronic public service “e-Entrepreneur” and go to the service;
- Select the service for registering a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with the requirements of the legislation on labour protection through an assistant or from the list of available services as part of the comprehensive electronic public service “e-Entrepreneur”;
- Fill out an application for the e-Entrepreneur integrated electronic public service and sign the application.
It should be noted that the declaration of conformity of the material and technical base is a document to be submitted to the State Labour Service by enterprises operating heavy machinery and equipment. Due to incorrectly filled in declarations, some companies had to return the document and start the process all over again.
It is impossible to submit an incorrectly completed declaration in ePermit. The algorithm will detect the error and point it out when filling out the declaration so that it can be corrected immediately. If the system accepts the declaration, there will be no refunds.
The Government made the decision to launch ePermit at a meeting on 5 July 2024. Entrepreneurs will be able to quickly submit applications and receive permits, pay for administrative services, clarify information about their company, etc. Initially, the Ministry of Economy plans to digitise the obtainment of the 9 most popular permits and licences (including the declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with labour protection requirements).
