Partly cloudy weather is expected in Ukraine today, 27 August. At the same time, the heat will drop slightly compared to the previous days. This is reported by Komersant ukrainskyi
with reference to the forecast of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Centre.
Today, short-term rains and thunderstorms are possible in the southern regions, as well as in Transcarpathia and the Carpathian region. The rest of the country is expected to be without precipitation.
The wind will be mostly northeast, at a speed of 5-10 m/s.
The temperature at night will be 15-20 degrees Celsius, in the south of the country up to 23 degrees Celsius. During the day, 29-34 degrees are expected, and in the Carpathians 20-25 degrees.
Weather in Kyiv
Partly cloudy weather without precipitation is also forecast in the Kyiv region, with northeast winds of 5-10 m/s.
The temperature at night will be 15-20 degrees, during the day 29-34 degrees, in Kyiv – 18-20 degrees at night and 31-33 degrees during the day.
Fire hazard
From 26 to 29 August, an extraordinary level of fire danger has been declared in most regions of Ukraine. The exceptions will be Lviv, Zakarpattia, Volyn regions and, on 29 August, Kherson region.
Residents are warned of the increased risk of fires and urged to be careful.
